Technical Support is always available via email; however, the level and type of support available varies according to the type of security device that you own.

NetMaster security products are available in 3 different configurations:

1. Built by NetMaster.
2. Powered by NetMaster.
3. Built by Merilus.

Built by NetMaster

NetMaster retail products are manufactured and distributed by NetMaster Digital Security, Inc. Technical support for these products can be obtained by emailing support@netmaster.com. (Be sure to provide enough detail so that your question can be answered quickly and effectively.)

Powered by NetMaster

"Powered by NetMaster" products are manufactured using NetMaster's proprietary technologies by other manufacturer's that have licensed the rights to do so. These NetMaster OEM Partners also provide all technical support and services for the products they've manufactured and provided under this license.

Please contact the manufacturer of your security device if you require technical support and own a "Powered by NetMaster" product.

Built by Merilus

As of July, 2002, NetMaster has been providing limited technical support for Merilus security products. If you own a Merilus product and require technical support, please email merilus_support@netmaster.com for assistance.

NetMaster provides a migration utility that can be purchased from our online store which will convert a Merilus Firecard (or Firecard-Plus or Firecard-EXT) security device into a NetMaster SecurityBlade. For additional information, please send an email to merilus_upgrade@netmaster.com.
